A Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Reflections on God’s Eternal Faithfulness When Steve Graham accepted a friend’ s invitation to play golf, he never dreamed that after he played he would wake up three days later from a medically-induced coma, after having a sudden cardiac arrest that caused his heart to stop. But thanks to the grace of God, through a newly-installed automatic defibrillator unit and a staff trained to use it he was brought back to life.
Steve’s close brush with death prompted him to reflect on his life; a life that began under unpromising circumstances, but was redeemed by a loving God. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Steven Foster Graham is retired after having been a certified public accountant for more than 40 years. During this time he was employed by international public accounting firms and in industry, serving clients that included churches, ministries, and several large TV ministries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies, and a Doctorate of Theology.
As a layman, Steve has served in various positions in local churches. He has also been privileged to assist pastors and other ministers through teaching, praying for people, and exercising other gifts in congregations across the United States and in Kenya.
